The story of our company began in 1976. This was the year when Matija Žgajnar, a young and enthusiastic mechanic started repairing various transport vehicles and agricultural machines.
The business started to grow quickly due to his mission to develop skills and to adapt to the requirements of his customers. The small workshop soon moved to a newly built location. During that time, Mr. Žgajnar earned a certificate for official IVECO transport vehicle maintenance partnership.
Maintenance-related activities grew further. Soon, the workshop became a company named AVTO-MAT d.o.o., offering regular car inspections, tachometer maintenance and homologations.
Our 43-member team is now ready to solve any vehicle-related issue. The latest equipment, 45 years of experience and knowledge make us the first choice of many drivers year after year. AC Žgajnar’s mission is to make your ride reliable, safe, economical and stress-free.
